Doubling its investment in AI, Mirakl reports a 30 % growth in business volume and an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of $177 millions
Mirakl, provider of e-commerce software solutions and exhibitor at NRF Retail’s Big Show Europe, has announced a 30 % growth in business volume ($11.2 billions) for 2024, and a 15 % increase in annual recurring revenue to $177 millions.
This strong growth illustrates the success of Mirakl’s AI-powered suite of solutions :
- Mirakl Platform, which enables marketplace and dropship operators to manage their platform,
- Mirakl Payout, which simplifies and accelerates seller payments,
- Mirakl Catalog Platform, which automates the integration of supplier catalogs and enriches data on a massive scale,
- Mirakl Ads, which monetizes online traffic, supports the creation and management of advertising campaigns, and enhances the customer experience through personalization,
- Mirakl Connect, which helps brands and sellers integrate and enrich their catalogs with the Catalog Transformer, and invest in advertising with Adspert.

Mirakl doubled its investment in AI in 2024 and expects to invest in AI an amount equal to the last three years combined in 2025.
